Back at it

After a looooong break from blogging I decided that I am back in the blogsphere.  Seeing as how this blog is basically a photo album and that's about it, I feel like I need to continue from where I left off last year. Like a year ago! So sorry for all of the boring catch-up post's that I'll be working on over the next few weeks. And although this last year hasn't been the best year of my life {one of the worst actually} I still want to document all of the good times I have had (even though I haven't taken many pictures this year).

So here we go starting with our trip last October to Europe....!

Random Summer

Since I only use my phone for pictures nowadays (I literally haven't used a camera in 2 years), I have tons of random pictures on my phone that I don't know what to do with.  So here is an iPhone dump of bit and pieces of my summer so far. 

On our way to the temple one night it was pouring rain and right as we were driving up the rain stopped and the most incredible rainbow I have never seen came out right above the temple!  I really have never seen anything like it.  The rainbow was so thick and colorful and extended all the way into a full rainbow.  These are crappy iPhone pictures with no editing, so you can imagine what it looked like in person!

My work takes holiday's pretty seriously!  For Cinco de Mayo we had a homemade Cafe Rio salad potluck, games, a pinata and mustaches. 

Ben was taking Jack to the zoo one afternoon while Meg was in town so I ditched out on work early to go, it was so fun!

My cousin Mary got married a few month ago and her wedding was gorgeous.  She looked BEAUTIFUL and every little detail of the day was perfect!  Notice the sweet photo-bomb in the background thanks to my uncle David!

It was the perfect night outside with ivy and lights!

Alan's parents sold their home of 19 years so we had my friend (who is an incredible artist) paint pictures of their house and backyard.  I am SO glad they loved them!

Christmas Box House Boutique TODAY

Remember THIS boutique?? Im just reminding all of you that its TODAY so DONT MISS IT! Its at Brighton High School from 5-7pm in the library. There will be vendors from Shabby Apple, Layers, Ed Hardey, purses, jewelry, scarves and MORE! Come and tell your friends and fam! Its a $1 admission that is donated to The Christmas Box House. BHS Fundraiser Boutique

This year, Brighton High is raising money for The Christmas Box House. One way they are doing this is by having a boutique with local vendors. SO...for those of you who have a side business selling stuff, or KNOW someone who does, LISTEN UP!!

It is going to be on Wednesday, December 10th at BHS from 5-7pm. Each vendor will be charged $25 to have a booth, (all of which goes to the Christmas Box House), and then you get to keep any money you make from your sales. So it is for a good cause and you'll make money while doing it!

For those of you who dont have anything to sell...JUST COME!! They already have a number of awesome venders lined up! So come support The Christmas Box House, BHS and my darling little sister who is the Senior Class Pres.
