summer catch up

Since I am so behind on posting a bunch of pictures I am just jamming all these random events into one big post.

My family went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house at the end of July, the temple is GORGEOUS and I was so excited to finally see the inside of it! The dedication today was so neat and I feel so blessed to have a temple in my neighborhood.

My uncle got a suite from his work for the Bee's game and had 20 seats to fill so he asked us all if we wanted to go. I love baseball games and had been wanting to go all summer so I was way excited.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My sister's dog, Millie, had puppies! Me, Meg & Tessa and my sister Meg decided to go down to her house to play with them. They were SO cute!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Courtney got married! It was so fun catching up with all the DG gals!

Linds, Abs and me at Court's gorgeous reception.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In JUNE Kristin came into town from Boston and we were so excited to see her for the first time in a year! We met at Kneader's and got all caught up. We miss you Krist, come back soon!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brina and Jed decided to ditch all of us by up and moving to Wyoming for Jed's job so we had to get together before they left. We had pizza at my parents and hung out with them one last time. We miss you guys, cant wait to come visit!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dan and Priscila's birthday's are only 2 days apart so we decided to celebrate by getting take-out and hanging out at the park. We have all been so busy this summer and havent had time to hang out a ton so it was fun to get together. Happy bday friends, love you!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------And last but not least, one day Al and I randomly decided to go to the zoo! We were planning on going swimming but it was pretty cloudy (perfect for the zoo) so we ate at our fav sandwich place in SLC, Emigration Market, and then went to the zoo with just us! It was so much fun and brought back lots of childhood memories for both of us!

The end of summer, almost.

jackson 2009

If you cant tell from reading my blog, my family LOVES Jackson Hole! Not only does my grandma have a condo in town that we go to year round, we also do a huge Rawlings Family trip that we have been doing since before I was born. Usually we go over the 24th of July but this year we went a week early. The weather was perfect as usual and none of us wanted to come home. It is paradise to my family!

We went boating, ate at Leeks, boating, ate at Billy's, boating, shopped, ate at the old Playhouse, boating, hung out at the beach, watched movies, shakes at the lodge, saw the play Grease, did I mention boating? This is the one week out of the year that we can boat all day everyday, and we love it!

This year's trip was a blast and we cant wait until next year. Thanks for the trip Grandma Lou!

the 4th

For the 4th this year we followed the Bagley Family tradition by starting the day off at the Brighton Breakfast. The singles ward in my parents stake puts it on every year at the LDS Chapel by Brighton Ski Resort. My family started going when my dad got called as Bishop of the ward and we havent stopped! Its packed with people, food, a band and a parade.

The entire Fam

After the breakfast we went swimming at my parents and then to fireworks at the Salt Lake Country Club which is also a Bagley tradition.

I LOVE summers and especially the 4th of July, Im so sad summer is ending! Until next year I guess!
