I'm a little late on a Thanksgiving post but we had such a fun day. Holiday's are sometimes hard with two families but Thanksgiving always works out perfect for us. We first went with my family and ate at Tuscany at 12:30, yum...then we went over to Al's parents for dinner and games at 6:00. Two Thanksgiving dinners in one day was great but I was stuffed! This weekend was so nice getting things done, sleeping in, going to the Jazz game and decorating for Christmas!
My friend Meghan tagged me a few days ago about things that I am thankful for so here it goes...
- My amazing family and for having such in-laws. They all show their love and support constantly and I could never thank them enough for all that they do.
- For having the most amazing friends, I wouldn't be who I am today without them.
- For having a roof over my head, food to eat, cars to drive.
- That we both have good jobs that we like.
- Our neighborhood. I LOVE where we live and am so grateful for all of the friends Ive met out here! I know we're meant to live here and I know that we've met lifelong friends.
- For our ward and church callings. We have met such great people in our ward who have helped us feel so welcome and we have the best callings. I love my Young Women and will die when I get released!
- I am grateful for the gospel and for what an amazing blessing it has been in my life.
- For our healthy bodies.
- And especially for my Al! He is the best husband who puts up with me and will do anything to make me happy. I'd be lost without him!
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend!
