It's official, summer is over! I am SUCH a summer girl so I am so sad its over. Don't get me wrong, I love fall too, but there is just something about summer that I'm obsessed with. I love the weather, flip-flops, shorts, the pool, summer nights, fresh mountain air, bbq's, campfires, bare feet, freshly cut grass, hikes, tan lines....I could go on and on.
Since summer is over I figure that I better post the rest, and the random, summer pictures (mostly from my phone).
Al and I went on a date night to Park City for our fav Mexican at Baja Cantina and then to the Alpine Slide.

This summer I have become obsessed with smoothies and greek yogurt with fruit and granola...yum!

Katie, Eliza and I went to the Farmer's Market downtown. We first had the best waffles at Bruges for breakfast, and then walked around the market and got some delicious mint limeade.

Mary Poppins! It was my second time seeing it and I loved it just as much as the first time.
Mal and Sawyer came to Daybreak to go canoeing and to the beach park. It was so fun even though Sawyer didn't quite know what to think of the sand! Thanks for coming out Mal!

Al's mom threw an amazing "Soiree" for all of the girls in the fam and it is always so much fun. We have done a Favorite Things party, a Homemade Gift party and this year was a recipe swap! Becky is extremely talented and goes all out on every detail. We all look forward to it every year!
And lastly, drying peaches! My mom always did this growing up but this was my first attempt. The smell of drying peaches brought back so many memories! It was sooo messy and a lot of work, but so fun.
So long summer....Im sad to see you go!
